The fetus is almost fully grown and bones are formed in the body. You will feel more moment of the baby as the kicks and jabs will be more forceful. Lungs start to develop and practice breathing occurs. The baby can open his/her eyes and feel the light. During the end of the trimester the baby will be fully grown and gain height and weight. The cervix will become soft as it prepares for the delivery.
Most women experience some changes such as tiredness, shortness of breath, back pain etc. but the degree will differ.
